I’ve just been offered Beal, PG, and Josh Richardson for my AD, Jrue and Lamb.
I’m in a 14 team standard 9 cat H2H league, currently sitting around the bottom of the standings.
Seriously considering pulling the trigger just to shake up my lopsided roster. Or do you believe it’s just outrageous.

I don;t think you should do it... your team looks great as it is for a 14 team league. You're pretty much covered everywhere. I'd try doing smaller trades for a bit more def stats to help while Otto comes back.
