Hi some of they guys in my league want to have fantasy finals till the end of nba season. I told them no as shutdowns and they said no one was shutdown. I remember Devin booker was. Any other players shutdown last year? cant remember. Need examples to tell my league.
"Shutdown" is a word they're likely using to try to argue against you.
In reality, "rest days" were a much bigger issue. Stars missing half the games every week as opposed to all of 'em.
The Bulls sat Lauri Markkanen every other game for about 2 weeks. Harden sat one. The Warriors rotated their guys on rest days (Steph was out, regardless). Tanking teams cleverly played guys for just first halves. The Mavs barely gave minutes to their vets. The Grizz shut down Tyreke and played Gasol part of the time. Phoenix sat everyone besides Josh Jackson.
