Is it worth letting him go and grabbing someone like Joe Harris, Wes Johnson, Jawun Evans etc to make use of while they are getting an extra run, or should I keep Sethen for when he returns...eventually I guess.

Cut and run. I held onto him for ages in the fond hope he’d return. He’s still not allowed to run yet outside of the pool and we’re at the mid point of the fantasy season; It doesn’t look good.
