In my 14-team H2H 9-cat (ftm) $ league, i just pulled off a trade where i gave up Brook Lopez & Goran Dragic and got Marc Gasol & Josh Richardson in return.
A couple of managers are saying that the trade didn't make sense for the Gasol owner since he already has Westbrook, Conley, and Jrue at the point guard spot and he's actually pretty thin at the center position or is in need of big man stats.
I just think it's a bit ridiculous since, for starters, it was his decision to accept. And if you were in the same shoes, wouldn't you be at least tempted to accept that deal? I feel like i gave up a very tempting offer since Lopez and Dragic have the better overall value. Plus you can still get the boards and blocks production from Brolo at the same rate as Gasol (based on past several seasons). Or is he dumb to accept this?

I dont see any issue with the trade at all. His positions have nothing to do with it because maybe he feels like he could on-sell dragic or maybe if he now has dragic he will trade Jrue etc.

Looks good to me, I can"t stand when another manager thinks they know what is good for another team! I have made many trades to acquire assets so I can flip those assets for my target asset.
