Haha, if you can pull that off, that would be the steal of the year. Go for it, but don't hold your breath. The owner will probably take it as disrespectful and make future trade offers with him/her unlikely, but if they don't know what they're doing, you're gaining about 10 rounds worth of value.

I'd try for more realistic, but still great trade-ups: OPJ, Draymond, Jamal Murray, Horford or Collins. These are a handful of underperforming/hurt guys who owners might be panicking on. I'd also take a shot at Jonathan Isaac, who was drafted much later than those afore-mentioned guys, but who has the upside to finish above some of them.
