You just don't have a clear drop, and that's often the case in 10-team leagues without deep rosters. (I'm in a 10-team league with 16 roster spots, so it plays larger).
You need to trade. Like, bad. Maybe you can pair Capela and Gordon to get a 1st rounder? Early 2nd rounder? Maybe pair Dray and Collison for a 1st? Figure out a way to pair some of your awesome mid-tier guys with your late upper-tier guys to get a super star in return.
