I have Bjelica with Joe Harris and Ariza sitting on the waiver wire. Should I drop Belly for any of those players? What are the ROS values for these guys?

Personally I would keep Nemanja a few more games to see if he can regain some spark though I there is a real case for adding Ariza.
I think Trevor and Belly lose value as their teams fall further out of playoff contention. Joe probably keeps his value the most but is also the lowest ranked guy of the three.
