What is the ROS outlook on him? I am looking at getting him in a trade but the guy wants fox or holiday in return. Like a fox/WCJr type for beal and someone. I'm not sure how much better I will be though.

Fox/WCJ I would definitely move if Beal came back.
I took Beal at #8 this year. I'm a fan. I think a lot of the hesitation on him relates to the fear of a shutdown in the spring, but I'm not that fazed by it, for two reasons: (i) he's played 82 in back to back seasons, and guys like to keep those streaks going, and (ii) the East is SO bad that they just won't be eliminated from a playoff spot until pretty late. If the season ended today, Cleveland would be the 8 seed. That's laughable. Chicago, New York and Charlotte are disasters, and I hunch that Washington can hang with Detroit and Orlando for a while.
