I want to keep him only because of his consistent minutes, ceiling and schedule but also want to drop him because he's not doing much with those minutes to reach that ceiling. He's best 4, maybe 5 option on his team. I could either add someone below or just stream if he's a drop.

If you have a dead league where he'll just sit on the waivers, you can consider it, otherwise, I'd try to hold him- as you mentioned his playoff schedule is great, and there are tons of available options if he's not producing come playoffs.
I think you hold RoCo, but damn those wires are STACKED.
Maybe see if you can swing a 2-for-1 to clear out roster space so you can take advantage of those sweet FAs
