I have Dedmon as my back up C. Not having much of a season so far, been intrigued by Holmes but his mins have been limited but trending up slightly. Have to know the Suns are committed to developing Ayton so Holmes mins barring Ayton injury will remain limited. Who do you like ROS? And where does Mitchell fall in there? Amazing per min blks but can’t stay on the floor and limited mins behind Kanter? Thanks
Dedmon has been a very solid 9-cat guy. He doesn't score so people sour on him but he's been nice.
Holmes over Mitchell for me. You could make a reasonable argument to have all 3, but certainly Dedmon and Richaun.
I feel like Dedmon is probably the safest of the three even though he's the most boring. Top 90 per-game value in 9 cat and has the virtue of giving you the boards and defensive stats without hurting your FT% (.885! even though it's low volume). Mixes in some threes too. I couldn't blame someone for preferring Richaun though, especially if you'd rather have a FG% boost in addition to the defense. But you're right that his minutes have a ceiling as long as Ayton is playing. Mitch-Rob I'd have to rank third among those guys, unless all you care about is the blocks. Even if Kanter is moved or gets hurt, Rob's minutes are going to be limited by his own inability to stay out of foul trouble. More of a lottery ticket, whereas Dedmon and Richaun are usable right now.
