I offered my derozan for k love. Thoughts ? Should I be worried for k love resting later in the year or hope he gets some sort of trade. What are your thoughts?

I think that deal would round out your team nicely. You should definitely pull the trigger.
If you're able to get that deal done I would go for it. I think if they are looking to trade Love then they will actually play him to show teams that he can be healthy.

What do you guys think about that trade? I am also considering countering with the below trade, that I would love to get your thoughts on:

The reason for the counter is that I feel like I need to extract some additional value given Ayton is suspended for another month, and I need some additional compensation for that.

I think your counter is a smart way to go about it. And selling on Marcus Morris before his value goes down is also good. I am trying to do the same in my league right now.

I'd accept that trade ASAP.
Graham is currently 73rd in 9cat and Powell is 220th. Powell will be better than that but Graham is playing very very well.
You'd be losing both your main PGs getting back 1, plus Ayton is suspended so it's more difficult to stash especially in H2H.
I also recently traded for Butler sending Bam and Conley.
I think it's a good move to get Butler, he's gonna be a late first round guy.
