I'm in a league where you put in preferences for draft spot and have a lottery for who gets what. What does everyone prefer for draft spot? It's a 12 team league, 8 category.
I'm thinking 1,2,3,4,5,12,11,10,9 then the rest? Curious other thoughts.

You want to be the LAST of the FIRST TIER.
So in 8-cat, you want to make sure you get one of the top dudes (Harden, Russ, KD, KAT, Steph, Giannis). Thus, I'd take 6th pick.
In 9-cat, you can take Russ and Harden out. I'd want to be 4th pick.
That gives you the best tier player in the 1st round, and the best chance at a great pick in the 2nd round.
I hate the turn. You have no choice but to reach every damn trip.
I did mine;
4, 5, 3, 2, 1, 6, 7, 12, 11, 9, 8
(Kawhi has me a bit nervous at 8).
(And I like Durant and Curry who have been falling to 4 and 5)

Mine is 3RR also but I've never played that way so not sure how to plan for it. Figure I'll plan for the top 2 rounds and go from there.
Why not include AD in 9 cat?
