Gary Harris and Ben Simmons for CJ MCcolum and Kanter?
I love Harris this year but the upgrade to Mccolum is enticing, Mccolum owner is punting FT% so also an opportunity for me to unload Simmons. Kanter adds Center depth

Gary Harris Simmons for Mccollum, Ryan Anderson
So not much different though i get a FG% hit instead with Ryno but get 3s
Am I crazy or its not only me that thinks Harris can reach McCollum's value this year, in the last 3months from last
season
McCollum was ranked 38th and Harris ranked 42nd
so i'd be giving up Ben Simmons for Ryno + the diffence between Harris and McCollum

The middleton deal is still in early stages of negotiations though and likely will fall through.
So as back up im looking at my trade partner's roster, and Im inclined to ask for McCollum + Mirotic instead
of Ryan Anderson.

You're going to end up scuttling the deal by asking for too much.
McCollum is better than Harris. Just because they had a short span where it was close does not make Harris a top-25 guy for a full season.
