For a points 16team league need to drop two of the below.How would you rank them top down?

Drops in points league: HAYES (easy call) and either Noel or Wood. Nerlens' value is tied up in nice %s and steals/blocks. Easier to sustain points league value if you have some usage going.

Not a big points guy but I'll take a stab at rating them for that style.
