Drop Kyle Anderson for either Kanter or Thomas Bryant?
What is Kanter rest of season outlook look like? Kanter or Cauley-Stein?
I would take Cauley-Stein over Kanter because Kanter is more of a popcorn stats guy, with exception to FT%, and Stein will give you blocks and steals.
I think Kanter will be similar to last year even with a bench role, but if he is traded to say the Kings and assuming Stein is in on the trade, I think he will get an uptick in minutes and hence a stat boost primarily in rebounds and points. However, if he stays on the Knicks he will be a bench guy as Fizdale is trying to get more time for Kornet and Robinson.
As for Anderson, it really depends on the injury in my opinion. Slo-mo is a guy that does it all, but never great in any. He gets you all the counting stats so depending on your build if you need more points and rebound, Kanter, but if you need more blocks and steals, Bryant.
Only drop SloMo if you're in trouble, though Kanter and/or Bryant are both worth owning so it's sort of a wash. Any move you make there will be okay.
