16-team, 9-cat, H2H. Currently slowly dropping to the lower half of the standings while waiting for Towns, D'Russ, and Nance along with Siakam. Would have preferred to keep him but i was in need of warm bodies. Decided to drop Nance as well as soon as this trade was accepted. Thoughts?
Not horrible. Barton makes the trade pretty palatable bc hes good. And Holmes is a star. Siakam is the more dependable asset but holmes should be pretty safe by now. I like the deal especially because, you cant sit on your ass in super competitive leagues, and you were agressive. Nice play.
Yeah if you’re falling you do what you have to do. Think i probably would have preferred to wait on guys coming back and take the standings hit but if that’s not doable this makes sense
Towns and Siakam should be back any minute, so I would not do it. But it is a fair trade

It doesn't look like Siakam is returning soon. I need wins now. I am 9 games/wins out of the 8th seed. This is a very competitive league. 16-team $100 buy-in home league.
Good decision no need to second guess yourself here.
