I need to grab a center from the wire in one of my leagues (two center spots, only have one center currently while Holmes is on IL) and the available players are dreadful.
I could grab Okafor but I'm not sure if he'll hurt more than he helps. Or I could grab Boban who I don't see getting many minutes. Also available: Kaminsky, C Zeller, Taj, or Zubac.
Like I said, dreadful...
I don't hate the idea of riding Okafor for a while. Later in the season you can look to Zubac or Zeller but for now I've got Okafor active in my 13-team league
Hmm yeah I would say Okafor for now too. Possibly one of the Hornets' center's but they're hit and miss.

I guess Boban since he can rack up stats in 15 mins? I just can't stand Okafor.
I would prefer any of those other guys over Okafor. Even when he got minutes he couldnt put up top100 value, although he has trimmed down since then I guess
Boban isn't guaranteed for minutes and that scares me. Zeller has a storied injury history and Taj will be playing limited minutes off the bench. Okafor could see extended minutes if Embiid plays up again too.
Within a week or two a couple of guys will start to stand out...just be ready to pounce. For now take whoever you hate the least. I am holding Boban in a couple of leagues to see if he can carve out 18-20 minutes...
