You can take it if you want, their values should still be relatively close. In drafts, I would prefer Towns over Giannis though. Now that the draft is done, you can make moves to address needs but be sure value is still intact.

For your team, I wouldn't. You'd be left with Hassan Whiteside, who is not very durable
