Preseason or not, Nurk just dominated Gobert. 22/11 and 5 blocks in 24min.
Anyone watch the game, was there something odd going on?
Are we reading much into this on either side?
I always take preseason stats with a grain of salt, but I do like Nurk this season, he’s still pretty young and big guys take a while to bloom. I didn’t see the game at all but there’s a chance Rudy had his foot off the gas?
Also, I like Vegemite toast, might go have some now

Nurk is a nice post-hype guy this season. Probably not going to blow anyone away, but he's undervalued after a clunker of a 2017-18 campaign. But no, Gobert is still a way better player.
Nurk tends to do well against big centers who don't make him work too hard on defense. I'd still draft him in the later rounds.

Got him in my team as a 3rd centre along site Turner and Gasol. But Fg is still suffering, will continue the hunt for a Gasol trade..
Just can't carry a low 40% Centre this year.
