I don't think it will be happening for him this season, I think it should improve (it is hard to get worse) but he shouldn't live up to is potential this year.

I'm honestly not convinced he's healthy. It's going to be a bumpy ride but those explosion games will keep you on the horse.

If you have Noel, you have no other option but to wait it out. Wait till he has a good game or two and try to package him along with a sell high player in a trade.

Flip-side, someone dropped Noel in my league (12 team 9cat H2H). Considering snagging him and dropping Olynyk or Tyler Johnson (I only have 2 point guards and he's one of them). Is it worth it? Feels counter-intuitive to pick up a headache, but dat ceiling!

I'd be okay with dropping Tyler. To call him inconsistent so far is an understatement.

I'd say neither for now. Holmes isn't playing yet and might not see a ton of mins on most nights.
