Hello guys firts time posting here.... im in a H2H 10 teams 9 Cat yahoo league , im ok with the overall performance of my team but in the 3 weeks i been losing in TO and Asist so let me know if you have any ideas on how to get better without compromising the other cats too much, who should i drop and pick up... this is my line up.

Interesting combo. Generally the higher assist guys are also the higher TO, and vice versa.
Jrue and Dray are your high TO guys, but the rest of your team is pretty reasonable in that dept. Not sure how you're losing that category weekly.
Ariza is a great low-TO, nice 9-cat kind of guy if you wanted to grab him. I'd drop Gay, if anybody.
In a 10-team league (or smaller) you should be contacting other league owners and trying to package two players 2 rounds apart (2nd and 4th rounders, 3rd and 5th, etc., as examples) and trying to get a guy the round above the uppermost guy you sent.
