Currently in 4th but losing AD has hurt!
Roster: AD, Freak, Luka, Prince, Rubio, Warren (IL), Siakam, Winslow, Bogey, Holmes, Jah, Powell, JaVale, Kornet
Do I make moves w any these FAs?
Jeff Green, Nance, Napier, Portis
Or any these dudes if/when healthy?
dRose, Elf, Zeller, Dwight, Ball, Dragic

That's a hell of a team for a 12 team league! We need to get you winning your league!
Don't panic about AD! I think they will move him soon.
Here are the guys from your list I would target, ranked in order:
Green (Porter is dinged up and Green gets consistent minutes in the low 30's anyway. He is a good point per minute Fantasy guy.)
Napier (with Dinwiddie hurt for a period of time Napier has stepped into that 30 minute role and he can produce!)
Rose (when healthy he has been a monster. Risky but could be a great grab.)
Dragic (When healthy he is the PG for the heat, period! However, the Heat drive me crazy with splitting minutes with 12 guys every night!?
Ball (so much unknown right now with him that it makes it difficult. In the right situation he is a triple double waiting to happen.

I think I'd prefer Rose over Winslow when healthy. Your FT and FG% will thank you. Might go Ball or Dragic in a couple weeks over Okafor, since I think he fades a bit soon. Otherwise, I think we're okay.

For any of these bigs:
Portis, Nance, Zeller
Looking mostly for long term/playoff assets

I would drop Prince for Rose
