Drafted my big money league last night. Got 6th pick and league had 3rd round reversal. It's 8 Category Roto, starts 4 G, 4 F, 2 C, 2 Util, 4 Bench.

I like it overall and know I'm good at the %'s, 3's, and assists. The bigs and mostly Reb/Blk worry me. I like the upside of my bigs but they definitely are my biggest worry leaving the draft.

Team:
Stephen Curry
Chris Paul
Jeff Teague
Allen Crabbe
Gordon Hayward
James Johnson
Nikola Mirotic
Nerlens Noel
Willy Hernangomez
Jusuf Nurkic
Jeremy Lamb
Greg Monroe
Jerian Grant
Justin Holiday
Cody Zeller
Kelly Olynyk

Curious any other inputs from the community out there. Thanks!

Can you do me a favor and list the picks in the order drafted? Easier to see where the values were nabbed that way!

The real key is avoiding being BASEMENT in the categories that you're not as strong ... and I think you've done that. Maybe blocks aren't great, but you've got Nurk and Noel, so they'll keep you out of the cellar.

Rebounds you may want to try to acquire. Maybe trade one of your 3 early PG's for a big? Teague for Vuc or something?

You landed everyone at a real good spot in the draft. Maybe wait a few rounds into the season to maximise trade value

Nothing like losing Hayward and Mirotic before you even turn the TV on to watch on opening night.

With Jaylen Brown available in FA, any advice for how much FAAB % he'd be worth in my situation? Was thinking 30-35%? Weekly pickups so I can wait it out a little, but this seems like the initial smart choice for me with Brown's expected playing time now.

Hm. Yeah, he's a good bet to be a top-90 guy for the year. Doesn't do a TON of things besides score and board, though, so be warned last night's 2 threes and 3 steals are probably closer to the high mark than the low.
