I have both Milsap and D'Angelo Russell on my 9 Cat H2H team (12 teams) with 1 IR spot. Due to many injuries to start the season I am currently out of playoffs (Hayward, Chris Paul and Myles Turner). Someone in the league is offering Gallinari for Milsap since he is in a much more comfortable place in the standings and can afford to stash Milsap. Should I do it?

Nah. Gallo is an injury machine too. Doesn't really help your risk issue much.
