I found Mike Conley on the waivers. Is his injury worth a pick up? I plan to drop Favours, Sato or Milsap (Hart?)

I personally still think he can be valuable (especially as a waiver flyer) as long as you can weather the storm while he is out, it sounds like it might be atleast a couple more weeks. Do you have an IR spot for him?
