10-team 9-cat H2H league. We start 9 (PG, SG, SF, PF, C, G, F, Flx, Flx) with 3 bench spots and 3 IR spots. We can protect up to 2 players (they count as a draft pick minus 2).
I'm up now at pick 7.03 (out of 12 rounds).
Here is who I have rostered so far...
1.03 Towns
2.08 K.Walker
3.03 Middleton
4.08 Ayton
5.03 Capela (keeper)
6.08 Covington
7.03
8.08
9.03
10.08 Mirotic (keeper)
11.03
12.03
My choices are Horford, J.Allen, Whiteside, Dunn, Rubio.
I feel like I am punting assists so it seems like a big. I already have two center-only players so I am leaning to either Horford or Allen.
Comments please?
I'd probably lean Allen (especially with the keeper potential) if you want a big guy, just more upside than Horford and I don't trust Whiteside, but locking down another PG with Dunn isn't a bad idea.
Thanks, I did go with Allen. My math model (using Hoop-Ball projections) said Horford was ranked ahead of Allen, but much of his advantage over Allen was assists and I am buried in assists anyway. Even taking one more PG won't save me. Plus not a lot of upside with Horford. I am happy with the Allen pick.
