Who should I be looking to get? How soon is too early to take Embiid? Thanks
I actually like having last pick in a 12 team league. You have allot of options. I love pouncing on Lillard if he's still available. You can also go Kawhi Leonard or Paul George. If Embiid is a must have target for you it would be alright to take him with your overall pick 13 (first pick of round 2). He won't be available in round 3.
I have the 12th pick, Jokic is my 1st round keeper. My preference for the 13th pick - Irving, Walker, PG13, Westbook, Lillard. Because I'm thinking of taking Turner and Ayton for my 3rd and 4th round. I'll be in good shape in blocks, FT percentages
If Turner is gone, I'll take Bledsoe or J.Murrary.

If you can get Lillard at 12, I think you do so.
Take Lillard if he’s there. George is a good consolation.
I'd shy away from Turner as there are block options late, late rounds (think Dedmon / John Henson / etc). Interestingly enough, Sabonis is cutting into his minutes and Turner hasn't proved he can stay healthy. See current injury report.
