He's absolutely killing it as Cavs starting C. However, with TT and Love's inevitable return it's probably be wise to sell high here. What do you expect to get from him? or just keep him ROS(maybe can't get equal value at this point)?
I would definitely try to sell if possible. Someone like Jeff Teague could be a plausible target, a top 75-type guy who's been underperforming this year and has an INJ tag right now. Or other guys who still have the INJ tag like Will Barton, Gary Harris, or Taurean Prince. Worth trying anyway.

Absolutely. Try for Love or Millsap first, obviously.
Also don't hesitate to try a 2 for 1 with Nance + someone else for Love or Millsap if you get rejected. Al Horford is another guy you might be able to snag at a discount now too, as he's been out indefinitely and his owner might be getting nervous.

Yeah, gonna be tough to sell high, but maybe in a package deal "hey, here's nance, who can rock your socks for the next 2-4 weeks as a super side bonus" might be the best sales technique.
