We're using the "MINUS TWO" method. Maximum three keepers, and anyone kept costs the draft round TWO ROUNDS EARLIER than wherever that guy was either drafted or kept the year before.

So, like, if Oladipo was drafted in the 4th, he can be kept at a 2nd round price. A 1st or 2nd rounder cannot be kept since you can't subtract 2 from those and still have a positive value.

FAs can be kept, but only cost the last round pick.

I like the combination of no players from the first three rounds and the two-round penalty that Dan recommended. Those two settings are what I played in the past

Ok so how did you do your draft next year? Draft goes on as usual, and the commissioner locks the keepers and set them 2 rounds before for every team manually?

Also Who gets first pick? Who gets last pick? How did you decide your draft order to keep parity?

We're still voting on some of this stuff, but yes, the commish has to do it manually, and for draft position, the teams that won money pick bottom 3 and the other 9 teams are in a lottery.

i was thinking this for the draft order:

1st place- 14th pick choice
2nd place- 13th pick choice
3rd- 12th pick choice
4th- 11
5th- 10
6th- 9
7th- 8
8th- 7

9th through 14th are Entered into lottery for 1-6th draft position pick choices:
9th- 6balls
10th- 5balls
11th- 4balls
12th- 3balls
13th- 3balls
14th- 3balls
