Head to head points league, I pick 4th. The league buzz has the top 3 in order going Giannis, Towns, Westbrook. How in the world does one break the KD vs. Harden tie breaker?? Thanks in advance for the thoughts

It obviously depends on your points league settings, but generally it should be Harden. KD's value in other formats is a result of his insane efficiency from the field and the line, which isnt always appropriately rewarded in points leagues. Harden is a type of player to just overwhelm you with sheer volume, which is usually better for points leagues. What are your points settings?
