3rd rounder is an go. But what about 2nd or a 2nd/4th 2 for 1?

I'm actually okay with two top-50 guys, so long as they're closer to 50 than they are to 1.
I'd give a 3rd and a 5th for him as an upper limit, I think. Anything more than that is too much to give up for that level of risk.

Some leagues are like that.
I still find the best way to overcome that is to instant message with other managers. The ability to go back and forth QUICKLY is huge in actually getting something done.
