Is julius a buy low candidate, where will he finish up in 8 cat?

Yeah, his fantasy game is incredibly lame, but he's not going to be THIS bad all year. Probably top-75 is a reasonable target in 8-cat. Maybe he can really get it cooking and hit top-50, but I'm not holding my breath.
