Otto. It took a while this season but I think he's finally in position to be the 9-cat guy he's been the last couple years (plus, the Wizards have a 4-4-4 playoff schedule). Rich should still be a solid mid-rounder, but his shooting is going to hold him back from being the early-round guy he was early in the season when he was hot.
