Even if his %s come back up to career averages, everything else is seemingly down (mpg, fga, reb, ast, stl). What is the ROS outlook for him? Would you move him for someone like Kendrick Nunn?

Yeah probably. Nunn has the upside, though the Heat are staring down the barrel of their own logjam. His outlook appears better than Smokin' Joe's so far.
That said, Ingles should be rostered in most 12-team leagues.
