personally I don't trust Ingram. I think he's going to regress soon. Depends on what you do need for your team.

Ingram is a tough one as his value could change when/if Zion makes his debut, and either way that straight swap is a dramatic drop in defensive stats overall.
D. Mitchell at least is pretty reliable for steals so if you just don't need Isaac's blocks, Don is a good option.

Isaac is a top 20 guy right now, you could aim higher than the above guys if there is a deal in your league with someone chasing his defence.
