Would you give up KAT and Bam for AD and butler?

Nope. Butler and AD will miss games this season for rest. KAT primed for a big year with Russell, and Bam is an iron man.

Redraft or dynasty? Id probably prefer the KAT side in both situations, but in redraft its closer. You will get alot more games this year out of KAT and Bam

Stick with KAT and Bam.  Butler and AD are always risks to rest.  KAT has huge potential and as good as AD is I like the KAT side of the trade better.
