9Cat league and I’m near bottom of FG% in a 14 team league
Should I trade my Conley for Booker? Do u trust the Suns not to shut him down?
I am currently in 2 place over but need a bit more scoring.

Well he sure as heck isn't going to help your FG%...
And it's basically a wash. Probably Conley over Booker by a hair in 9-cat.

Booker is a volume shooter that will always have just an average shooting percentage. Conley is much more efficient and if you are targeting shooting percentage he should be more reliable.
