I’m on one of the hoopball free h2h leagues. Just wondering about the format.
Is it limited to a set lineup of certain positions. Once these are locked in can the lineup not be changed until the following week? Or can you swap out day to day?

Lineups lock weekly. You can make moves throughout the week but they impact your team on the next Monday
