12 team points league H2H
I've got 3 guys on my roster that are going to be injured for at least the next 1-2 weeks, and I only have one IR slot, all 3 will be towards the end of my bench when they come back. They are:
Markkanen, Norman Powell, and Luke Kennard...
I'm in 1st in my division w/ a 3 game lead for the playoff bye/that 1st spot, which I should maintain throughout this week. Which gives me a 3 game lead w/ 4 weeks left in our season.
So, the question is, do I hold all 3 of these guys ? Seems like Powell and Markkanen at least have timetables. Luke on the other hand, the latest I could gather was "a ways away", but I hesitate to drop him with Reggie getting bought out.
Are Lauri and Luke actually going to get minutes consistently given the state their teams are in ? Even when they're healthy ? Does the 4.5 weeks I have left in my regular season give all of the guys the time to get back up to full speed heading into my playoffs ?
For reference, in my league, their averages are 15, 15.2 and 15.4 respectively, for context, RoCo and Fournier sit in that same range.
This is a pretty competitive league, so there isn't much on the wire, I would have to stream guys like Dedmon, or wait and see how things play out for Napier in WA.
Thoughts? Anyone? Anyone ?
Id add Dedmon immediately. Drop Kennard or Powell
Yeah, I think you can stream to make sure you keep that first round bye. That'll buy you the extra time for your other injured guys to get right. Markkanen I'm holding. I'd hold Powell next. Kennard is my least favorite of the 3.
Dedmon for Kennard seems like the most prudent move here. I'd consider dropping Lauri or Norman too if things get close and/or more bad news pops for either of those guys after this week.
