Davis is an elite big, while Lillard, while good, is just a high-tier guard.

how about IT vs AG?

At this point I think you see what IT can develop into this year. He has a higher ceiling than AG simply because we've seen him get there in the past.
That being said, if you want to make the safe move, get AG and never worry about it again.
