Thanks so much in advance with all of your insight and commentary, been coming to this site for a couple years now and it thrashes Rotoworld.

My situation is that I am comfortably in first in a 12 team 9 cat h2h league with a weekly and yearly max waiver limit. 4 per week and 70 on the year. I have a 19 game lead over 3rd place, so I have a nice cushion for a first round bye.

Roster:

CP3
J Murray
D White
Marcus Smart
Buddy Hield
Taurean Prince
Mikal Bridges
Otto Porter
Jerami Grant
Jokic
Mitch Robinson
R Holmes
And Capela in my IR spot:

First of all, who do I drop when Capela is ready to activate?

On top of that, are any of my lower end guys must-drops for available wire guys such as Kyle Anderson, Thomas Bryant, Aminu, Tyler Johnson, Bazemore.

I’m prioritizing ROS, strong Week 23 and Week 24 schedule players. I have 59 adds on the year and remember - we only get 4 per week and the max is 70. In other words, don’t have much wiggle room for making more than 2 adds.

Outside of the the drop questions above, is there any brief but practical advice for any actions I should undertake to make my team better (e.g. flip these two for this type of player, etc.)

Thanks Again

Thanks for the kind words! We hope to be THE go to source for all your hoop information!
I can see why you are comfortably in first! Great team and great thinking in how to maximize what you have! You could put some of these real NBA GM's to shame! 🙂
My drop when Capela comes back would be Holmes. He is a back up that will play about 15-18 minutes per game if Ayton stays healthy.
Bryant could be a terrific add now that Porter and Kief and maybe even more will be traded today. Big usage jump for Bryant second half.
I'm also intrigued with Slo-Mo. Gasol and Conley will be traded today and that should open up a ton of minutes and usage for him.
Good luck!

Yeah man, thanks for saying such nice stuff about us! We definitely appreciate it!

I think Smart is the drop. When Boston is healthy he provides almost only steals. Richaun does his damage in 18-20mpg so I'm not concerned. As far as other pickups, I would think SloMo has a nice outlook with Memphis cleared out. If Derrick White gets a bad prognosis that could be the move, but not yet.
