I may be really wrong on this one, but that looks to me like a lateral move...

Brandon Clarke might end up the best player in the deal if he isn't hurt for too long. I think I'd stand pat - kind of a sell low on Shai.
But I agree in general with JJsoto - it's more lateral than anything.
