I just posted a bit ago, but 14-team ESPN H2H points. Blocks, steals, ORebounds are 1.5 DDs are 2 and TDs are 5.
Can I reasonably pawn off Blake (25.9/game) and snag Westbrook (27.3/game)? I'm thinking of including Chriss (10.3) or Gary Harris (14/game). It's a new owner this year, so I don't want to appear to be overly aggressive, but I having had the last pick, I want to land a higher impact player than Gobert or Blake (my 1 and 2) and Westbrook underperforming seems like an ideal target.

Yes, Westy is a great buy low! When he gets cooking he can fire right back into the top-15 pretty quickly.

I'd offer Blake + Chriss, because I'm high on Gary Harris. Westbrook is adjusting to his new crew. He'll get it together eventually
