I like the Whiteside side, since he has top-20 potential when playing. Warren or Saric can't come close to that. The hope, of course, is that his bone bruise can heal up in a couple weeks. That's the rub, right?

There's so much margin of safety there that you've got to take the Whiteside side. Call Saric and Plumlee a wash (which it roughly is as late rounders worth little) - Whiteside can play about 15 games fewer than Warren and be worth more than him. And that's on 9 cat numbers - given he's a regular double-double the difference is even bigger in his favour.
