Hey guys how do you add a photo for a avatar pic? I see some others who have managed to do it

I sorta stumbled onto it. It's through gravatar/wordpress and a bit of a pain.
I believe a simpler method is in the works for HB 2.0, but not sure what the timeline is on that.
