Would you pick up Elfred Payton or Caris LeVert at this point? LeVert is traveling with the team I am suspecting he might be starting to play soon

LeVert has the upside, but in 9-cat he also has severe issues in 3 categories.
CrazyTalkin'Dan actually likes Payton more.
