Can anyone help me with a dynasty question?

I need help with a trade proposed to me. It’s dynasty and I have no idea how to value someone like Myles Turner who I took pick 29 in the startup.

The guy offering is contending so his rookie draft pick won’t be top 10 in the 20 team 8cat dynasty.

It goes my Myles Turner to him…
His 1st 2nd 3rd round picks on next year’s rookie draft to me…

Any dynasty gurus care to weigh in?

My team is well down near the bottom of the league with dipo, turner, Lonzo, Adams, bogdan, jez lamb, Kennard, Bagley and other scrubs.
