I am commissioner of a 12 team startup auction 9 cat dynasty and was wondering if people can help me with some rules, 10 active spots 10 bench. Below are my questions;

Rookies are in this years startup draft, starting next year there will be a separate rookie snake draft of 5 rounds based on regular season standings and roster size will then be upped to 25, cuts will occur after next years rookie draft.

Do you do a separate draft for free agents next year or just use the waiver wire? Is weekly FAAB the best option for this to ensure equal opportunity during the off-season?

A weekly games cap makes sense in this format, does anyone have a good number that makes sense?

on another note, I subscribe to the fantasypass and was wondering if dynasty auction values come out with this package?

any other ideas anyone has would be a huge help, thank you in advance!
