12tm9cath2h (6 starting positions PG/SG/SF/PF/C/U)
I'm first considering dropping Taurean Prince and/or Danuel House (might wait for a bit longer to see how the rotations are and currently House gives me quality games) for one of the following (SF's preferable as it would also help with quality games according to my schedule in place of Prince):
In order of preference:
SF Michael Porter Jr. (25 minute rotation player with upside)
SF/PF PJ Washington (Young guys getting playing time)
PG/SG/SF Cam Reddish (Young guys getting playing time)
SF/PF James Johnson (KAT injury/short term)
SG Bruce Brown
PF Lauri Markkanen (return from injury)
SG/SF Norman Powell (Future add?)
C Naz Reid (KAT Injury)
SF/PF Otto Porter Jr (return from injury/minutes cap)
Any thoughts/suggestions/opinions greatly appreciated! Thank you!
My Roster:
PG: Mike Conley, Lonzo Ball
SG: Malik Beasley (PG/SG), De'Anthony Melton (PG/SG), Kevin Porter Jr
SF: Gordon Hayward (SG/SF), Danuel House Jr (SG/SF/PF)
PF: Taurean Prince (SF/PF), John Collins (PF/C), Davis Bertans (PF/C)
C: Nikola Jokic (PF/C), Wendell Carter Jr, Marquese Chriss (PF/C), Jonas Valanciunas
I'd consider scooping up Bruce Brown and dropping House. Brown's usage will go up because of Jackson's departure. House's usage may decline because of the Jeff Green addition.
ditto.
SF Michael Porter Jr. low upside due to depth of DEN
SF/PF PJ Washington shrug fine
PG/SG/SF Cam Reddish low upside due to Huerter and hunter
SF/PF James Johnson shrug KAT injury only
SG Bruce Brown all the time in the world!!!
PF Lauri Markkanen (return from injury)
SG/SF Norman Powell you can wait until he is practicing but yes for either
C Naz Reid shrug KAT injury only
SF/PF Otto Porter Jr this is ALL on whether you think you can handle the weeks of ramping up...
I'm good with dropping both of them for Naz Reid and Lauri Markkanen. As for Naz, if you want him, you're going to have to RUN to the waiver wire before he's scooped up.
Thanks for the suggestions! I would still like some quality games from the SF positron and big men I have many of as much as I would like to add Naz and Markkanen. Tough decisions!
