I see you went (not sure if it was by design) small-ball with a splash of blocks. That right there, has been arguably one of my most successful team builds in H2H. Preserved FT%, small-ball numbers and occasionally win blocks every so often. Randle could be a FT% liability, because Lillard is busy offsetting Giannis' deficiencies in that department. I'd advise moving him for a more small-ball-friendly PF.
Definitely unintentional but slowly warming to the idea seeing as I should be able to find some good FA's to back up the squad. Have you got any suggestions for players that would assist me in a randle trade? (preferably anything but a pg)

Well you lack boards, blks and FG%, obviously. Work on trading a few guards here and there for bigs that won't kill FT%.
Also, search the wire for bigs that may have slipped through. Guys like your Enes and Randle don't block enough. At 8 teams deep, the key will be filtering through the pool to up your team's balance.
Yeah I'd see if someone will take Schroder off your hands for a comparable large man.
